The nearest train stations to Ffos Las Racecourse are Kidwelly (4.5 miles), Pembrey and Burry Port (4.5 miles), Llanelli (6 miles) and Carmarthen (12 miles).
First Cymru operates a Monday to Saturday bus service from Llanelli to Carmarthen (No 197) It has stops in Trimsaran, Carway, Ponthenri and Meinciau.

Car parking is free, and there is a large amount available. Please ensure that you have a current blue badge in order to access the disabled car park
The racecourse arranges a free bus to and from the racecourse. The bus operates from Llanelli train station with dedicated pick up and return times. The bus is free of charge but operates on a strictly first come first served basis and cannot be pre-booked. Please check individual fixtures for exact times this service will operate. Please note we cannot guarantee that the bus times will fall in line with the scheduled train times. Ffos Las will accommodate helicopters on race days by request. Advance notice is required to ensure arrival and departure times do not conflict with racing or other bookings on the day.
You also have Pembrey Airport which is only 3 miles from Ffos Las and offers commercial Aircraft charters, commercial Helicopter charters, passenger handling in a new dedicated arrival and departure lounge and aviation refuelling with Av-Gas and Jet fuel (pressure or gravity).
