We have allocated accessible viewing areas, which cannot be reserved. We ask that only one Personal Assistant accompanies the racegoer in these areas.
There is seating available around the racecourse, however, for guests who find it difficult to stand for long periods, we recommend you bring a folding chair to guarantee yourself a seat.
The Grandstand has raised viewing areas that are close to the finish line.
Bridles Restaurant and Private Hospitality Suites all have balconies that are suitable for wheelchair users.
Personal Assistants will receive free admission to the racecourse when accompanying a paying disabled guest.
Personal Assistants tickets can be collected from the racecourse office on the fixture when proof of disability is provided (e.g. a Blue Badge (with accompanying photo ID), Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment or signed letter from GP (with accompanying photo ID).)
Please contact the racecourse team at least 24 hours in advance with your name and details of the fixture you wish to attend to arrange these tickets. Subject to availability.
Service animals are permitted to the racecourse. These include Registered Guide Dogs, Hearing Dogs and Medical Alert Animals.
